The future isn’t coming.

The world of tomorrow doesn’t begin years from now.

It is here.

We are one minute to midnight from a technological storm that will make entire careers and even people obsolete. No longer will a desire to learn be enough to distinguish you from the herd. No longer will past knowledge provide you a competitive advantage. Instead, AI will be able to handle the majority of tasks that once required a degree and on the job training and experience.

Where does that leave us?

Where does that leave you?

With doubts.

With fears.

But also with an advantage.

With the spark.

The tiny but powerful fire within you.

The desire you have to go out and make your dreams a reality.

You cannot remain idle.

This isn’t the time to cower.

This is the time to attack.

To move forward.

To use the tools available to you to make your goals a reality.

This is more difficult than it sounds.

So many have great ambitions but also great fears. However, they refuse to act. They refuse to take charge.

Ultimately, they refuse to suffer through the process. The process of rejection, limited resources, learning, doubts and fears.

And why should they? With tools like ChatGPT, we no longer need to sit through boring classes or attend tedious courses. We don’t need to fail. We don’t need to have a trial by fire. We can simply write a prompt and let the machine take over.

Want to be a great writer? The next great coder? A powerful business magnate? Now it is easier than ever before.

But people forget that we only become great through struggle.

Through hard work.

Through learning via personal experience and the experience of others.

Through facing adversity.

This is how success is reached.

This is how mastery is attained.

This is how the spark grows.

Not by writing prompts and accepting the illusion of success.

But by creating something yourself, from nothing, over and over again.

Until it works.

ChatGPT provides a way for the lazy to appear industrious and the stupid to appear smart.

Understand that when you find something that ignites your spark, it is your duty and responsibility to follow it to the end. This isn’t just for your sake, but for society’s sake. Don’t farm it out. Don’t outsource it. Don’t put it on cruise control. It is up to you to discover this spark, protect it, and transform it into a raging inferno.

It is up to YOU.

Prepare yourself for the journey. Prepare yourself for the storm.

Utilize AI but remember that it is just a tool.

You are the machine.

In order to future proof yourself, you must have a powerful desire to accomplish an even more powerful goal. This will not only provide you with meaning, but the strength required to keep going forward in spite of the difficulties.

And there will be difficulties.

Opportunities won’t be there. Instead, you will need to find them.

Jobs won’t be plentiful. Instead, you will need to create them.

Success, true success, cannot be conjured. Instead, you must seize it.

And you must prepare to work hard. It will become easier than ever to appear as an expert or a guru. The AI will write your ebook but it won’t provide the knowledge that you would have gained from doing it yourself.

The guru will claim to have the secrets because the prompts will provide ready made answers. But it won’t provide the real knowledge that is gained from hours of study, contemplative thought and taking action.

They will be ubiquitous…beckoning you to join their ranks. A siren call for you to follow in their footsteps and emulate.

Yet it will be nothing more than an illusion and illusions do not mix with reality.

In this age, which is becoming more deranged by the week, we must seek to be above it all.

Above the trends.

Above the illusions.

Above the fads.

Above the pettiness of others.

Above the pull of conformity.

Above the temptations of safe mediocrity.

You must focus on your goal. Your task. Your future.

Realize it.

Don’t be caught off guard.

You must fight against the easy way. You must fight for what you want to accomplish. Your goals are fragile but they are legitimate. No one will be able to birth them into reality besides you. No AI will be able to perfectly craft the vision from your mind.

It is up to you and you alone.

To fight.

To experience pain.

To experience setbacks.

And to win.

This is how you future proof your soul. Not through the pursuit of what inevitably will become obsolete, but by investing into yourself and being prepared to face whatever comes your way.

With courage.

With the understanding that you will have to fight harder than ever before.

Fighting against the algorithms.

Fighting against the fakery of it all.

Fighting against the pull of the herd and the countless articles who are attempting to predict a future rather than create it.

Are you ready? Are you prepared for battle?

You must fight.

Fight like you are a condemned man and the battle you wage is one for your freedom.

Fight like you are the last great hope for your goals.

Fight like you are the last human being in a sea of robotic automatons.

Fight like you can make a difference, because you can.

Fight to future proof yourself so that whatever technological advancement may come tomorrow, you will be prepared.

For God’s sake, fight.
