Shaun, very much enjoyed your article! I stumbled on it while trying to find out what Google apps I could delete from my new phone. Your words hit a nerve. My wife and I are both in our "70's". We've been "retired" for years. We have spent the the last year recovering from a form of PTSD, developed from living and caring for our 2 grandchildren along with their parents, for the last 9 years. Don't laugh, I'm serious. We had to leave, for our own mental health. When we agreed to our daughters wish it seemed like a win-win for all of us. When one thinks of life's difficulties, you wouldn't consider this to be one. It was. We love them all. We have fled to a rural location in northern Wisconsin, very quiet, no neighbors. The local library is 10 miles away, no internet yet, I'm working on it. We never anticipated any of this, yet here we are! Now the challenge appears to keep ourselves from vegetating here in the middle of nowhere! Your article was a potent message to not "relax" to much and stay involved in life's difficulties! Looking forward to your next inspiring woods, I mean words!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for reading! You need to be able to stay plugged in and remain engaged, but also balance this newfound solitude, where great things can happen. I wish you the best of luck and hope you continue to find YouTopian Journey valuable. Thank you!

Let’s first look at what these two are. A destination is the place to which someone or something is going or being sent to. This could be literally a place or a scenario or even a time. If it is a destination you want to go or be taken to, it can be called a goal. Journey on the other hand is the act of ‘traveling’ to a destination. Therefore, it is fair to believe that for one to have a journey, there should be a destination in the first place.

The message was beautifully written and succinct. No wasted or extra words here. Strongly inspiring. I do find it fascinating the lure of the “easy” way. One feels no glory in accomplishing what is easy. There is no growth of the soul. Enjoyed the graphics—really lends to the story.

Now that we recognize mental health is an important piece of wellness, how do we create infrastructure to support that?

We need to understand people more. We need more mental wellness, more understanding, more support from professionals. We have all this work and research and still know nothing of the mind.

SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, focuses the lion’s share of its resources on wellness and less serious mental-health issues—important to be sure, but to the detriment of the most serious problems, which also become the most draining for those who are ill, for their families, and for society as a whole.

We cannot rely on others, we need to rely on ourselves. We need to become stronger so that we in turn, can help others become stronger.

Leading a happy life, the psychologists found, is associated with being a "taker" while leading a meaningful life corresponds with being a "giver." "Happiness without meaning characterizes a relatively shallow, self-absorbed or even selfish life, in which things go well, needs and desire are easily satisfied, and difficult or taxing entanglements are avoided, " I like creative writing your topics"
