Nice post Shaun. As someone obsessed with growth I find that one of the most difficult challenges with it is knowing when to stay and work on the problem or to leave and find a new solution.
It reminds me of a story from "The Art of Learning" where a woman crossing the road is almost hit by a guy on a bike. She stops walking to yell at him as he rides past her.
As she stood shouting a car hit her from behind.
While you're stuck on the past. The world keeps moving. It is dangerous to linger.

Thank you. The choice doesn't matter, but the inaction does. And not making a choice is worse than making a bad choice.
