That's an interesting drill sarge , inquisitive shaming and stoicism mix.
Can be motivational. Or off putting ( which obviously is not the intended message:-) ).
So I will pick ( selectively for what works for me), the motivational messages .
But I hear you.
And thank you for desperately meaning well.
It got me ( hey , still does) in frustrating cringing situation.
And stoicism is such an underrated and actually most of the time discouraged skill. Because it's not selling product or hope.
